Business Jets prices continue to grow
According to Amstat’s quarterly report and analytics an average price for all sizes of business jets grow from year to year. Price for long-range aircraft and business liners increased by 32% within last 12 months, as well as price for super-midsize and light jets increased by 46% within the same period. Price for middle sized jets and turboprops increased by 34% within the same period too.
At the same time the quantity of second hand business jets market deals was ambiguous. To compare with the last year number of deals with second hand large and super-midsize jets increased by 7% and 10% respectively. However, the value of deals with midsize jets in the same period of time is reduced by 11% and by 9% for light and turboprop aircraft.
According to Amstat charter and shared flights activity continue to grow actively compared to the last year. While general aviation flights, which were approximately 40% lower in 2021 than in 2019, have apparently increased since the beginning of the year but still are lower that 2019 by 15–20%.
