News Gulfstream increases production capacity
American business jets manufacturer Gulfstream announced massive increasing of its production and opening of new site in Appleton, Wisconsin. The company invests more than $55 mln in production increasing and creates 200 new working places. Appleton facility of 6500 sq. meters will be opened in the third quarter of 2023. Its main department will be the paint shop that allows to paint 48 aircraft per year. The aircraft assembly will take place here as well.
Besides Gulfstream starts new facilities in Texas and Arizona. Together with huge modern service center in Farnborough (UK) that is already operating new sites allow Gulfstream to respond quickly to the growing demand in Europe, South and North America.
