Silent-Yachts acquired Italian shipyard

Silent-Yachts, founded by Michael Koehler in Austria in early 2000^th, became sole owner of the shipyard in Fano on Italian Adriatic coast.

The shipyard will produce Silent 60 and Silent 80 catamarans, both hybrid and equipped with electric engines. Part of Fano facility will be used for constructing new line up of tenders, surely electric ones.

Silent-Yachts were renting its production sites in Italy before and never had its own shipyard. The sole owned facility includes five hangars of 22 000 sq. meters and open sites of the same size.
